Actually I’m an American scumbag. In this case, does your foul-mouthed offer still stand? When you say “war criminals” do you mean the Palestinians who shoot anti-tank missiles at school buses, murder families (including babies) as they sleep, shoot rockets indiscriminately into neighboring Israel, raise their children to be - and to idolize terrorists and hate Jews, engage in homicide bombings, and expect the rest of the world to pick up the tab to support  these pathologies?

If you are truly a spokesman for Scotland, then a once fine country that has made important contributions to civilization has been reduced morally, spiritually, and intellectually to irrelevance.
